  • Our Thai-inspired dishes are served on traditional steamed buns & bao. We partner our dishes with homemade sauces and use locally-sourced ingredients & proteins from family farms in WNC. 

    Our steamed buns are what we're about, but the rest of our menu is subject to change!

    Closed steam bun filled with slow braised pork in Thai herbs and spices: kaffir lime, lemongrass, chilies, coconut milk, ginger, mushrooms, fish sauce.

  • VEGGIE BAO

    Open buns, seasonal vegetables dressed in a Thai vinaigrette, hoisin sauce.

  • PORK BELLY BAO

     Open buns, Thai BBQ glazed pork belly, daikon, carrots, green onion, hoisin sauce.

  • CHICKEN BAO

    Open buns, Thai basil chicken, daikon, carrots, cilantro, hoisin sauce.







  • LARB GAI

    Thai style chicken salad - minced and Thai marinated chicken tossed in herbs and spices.

  • SOM THUM

    Green papaya salad - carrots, tomatoes, chilies, garlic, lemon, fish sauce







  • CHICKEN SATAY

    Marinated chicken threaded onto bamboo skewer and grilled: served with homemade peanut sauce and cucumber sauce
