  • Our Thai-inspired dishes are served on traditional steamed buns & bao. We partner our dishes with homemade sauces and use locally-sourced ingredients & proteins from family farms in WNC. Daily truck menu is inspired seasonally and subject to change!

  • PORK SALAPAO

    Closed steam bun filled with slow braised pork in Thai herbs and spices: kaffir lime, lemongrass, chilies, coconut milk, ginger, mushrooms, fish sauce.

    Open buns, seasonal vegetables dressed in a Thai vinaigrette, hoisin sauce.
