Our Thai-inspired dishes are served on traditional steamed buns & bao. We partner our dishes with homemade sauces and use locally-sourced ingredients & proteins from family farms in WNC. Daily truck menu is inspired seasonally and subject to change!

PORK BELLY BAO
Open bun with locally-sourced pork belly, plum BBQ sauce, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, fresh herbs, green onion, and hoisin sauce.
Open bun with locally-sourced grilled chicken, a sweet chili lime sauce, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, fresh herbs, green onion, and hoisin sauce.
Closed steam bun filled with slow braised pork in Thai herbs and spices: kaffir lime, lemongrass, chilies, coconut milk, ginger, mushrooms, fish sauce.
Open buns, seasonal vegetables dressed in a sweet chili garlic sauce, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, fresh herbs, green onion, and hoisin sauce.
